Experimental ultrasonic measurement using LabView
Baše, Michal ; Jiřík, Radovan (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with ultrasonic field, measurement of its attenuation and measurement using LabVIEW. There are explained basic parameters of ultrasonic transducers and the ultrasonic field. Two methods for measuring ultrasonic attenuation and modification of the second one were proposed. There are introduced two programs in the LabVIEW for attenuation measurement, first one generates continual signal, which is brought to transducer and second one generates pulse of a few periods of sine. At the end there are showed produce of measurement using these programs.
ECG signal generator
Štohanzlová, Petra ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
This work deals with the generation of ECG signal and options how to generate it using the LabVIEW program. On the basis of the studied methods of describing signal was chosen method making use of the similarity of the sections of ECG curve and the sinus respectively triangular pattern. This method was subsequently implemented in the LabVIEW environment. Created virtual instrument generates ECG signal in given heart rate and adjustable amplitude of waves. It is also possible to choose between 12 standard leads, to realize several failures of cardiac activity and various disturbance signals can be added to the signal. Signal can be sent to output or saved as a text file in real time in the specified format.
Set of excercises for data acquisition, analysis and processin course
Kornfeil, Vojtěch ; Havlíková, Marie (referee) ; Čejka, Miloslav (advisor)
This thesis proposes tasks of exercises for mentioned course and design and creation of automated evaluation system for these exercises. This thesis focuses on discussion and exemplary solutions of possible tasks of each exercise and description of created automated evaluation system. For evaluation program are made tests with chosen special data sets, which will prove it’s functionality in general data sets.
Analog IO simulator
Maslák, Petr ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with measuring device USB 6008. This thesis describes at the beginning properties of measuring device like count of channel, speed, accuraccy. Next chapter concerns with programming environment like MS Visual C++, CVI and LabView. The most suitable programming environment was chosen Labview. The result of this thesis is programm that can read and write analog samples, display signals in Chart, simulate first order dynamic system.
Software ECG generator
Hendrych, Marek ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals the cretion of the ECG signal and its potential morphology. A signal is generated using a program that is created in MATLAB. On the basis of these methods of describing the signal, was chosen method, based on the similarity of ECG with sinus respectively. triangular pattern. Generated by the program can draw the ECG signal by assignment of pulse rate, lenght of the signal, sampling rate and modifications of the waves and oscillations. One or more predefined noise can be added to the signal. Generated signal is possible to save to the format that supports program MATLAB.
